United States Sixth Circuit
Moran v. LTV Steel Co., 06-4580
In an action by a creditors' committee alleging negligence by the corporation's directors, the dismissal of Defendant-Directors' appeal of the order forming the committee is affirmed, where Defendants lacked standing to appeal the order because the mere fact that it authorized the committee to sue Defendants did not render Defendants aggrieved.
