In an age discrimination action, judgment for Plaintiff is affirmed in part, where evidence of age-related statements by Defendant-Employer's managers unrelated to Plaintiff's termination did not prejudice Defendant, but vacated in part, where the punitive damages award was unconstitutionally excessive.
