The denial of Petitioner's habeas petition in a death penalty matter is affirmed, where the state court was not unreasonable in finding that the allegedly deficient performance of Petitioner's counsel, in failing to explain the medical condition that made Petitioner overweight, did not prejudice Petitioner.
