Plona v. United Parcel Serv., Inc., 08-3512

In a wrongful discharge action for Plaintiff's termination based on his possession of firearms at work, summary judgment for Defendant is affirmed, where Ohio does not have a clear public policy of allowing employees to possess firearms on the premises of their private employers.
