US v. Guthrie, 07-6215

Defendant's conviction for carjacking is affirmed, where: 1) the District Court did not violate the Confrontation Clause by allowing the prosecutor to speak with the victim during a recess; and 2) the District Court properly admitted recordings of 911 calls and a video of the police chase at issue.
