US v. Higgins, 08-5114

Defendant's drug and firearm convictions are affirmed where: 1) evidence from Defendant's home was properly admitted under the good-faith exception to the exclusionary rule; and 2) "cocaine base" in 21 U.S.C. section 841 refers to crack cocaine.
