US v. Bell, 06-4413

District Court's denial of Defendant's motion to suppress evidence is affirmed. Officers who searched Defendant's vehicle complied with the Fourth Amendment because the officers, in performing the search, did not unreasonably extend Defendant's detention beyond the purposes of the initial stop.
