US v. Hawkins, 08-5138

Sentence as a career offender for conspiracy to distribute and possession of crack cocaine is affirmed where the Sentencing Commission's interpretation of U.S.S.G. section 4B1.1(a) was not clearly erroneous, and the possession of a sawed off shotgun constitutes a crime of violence for purposes of the career offender enhancement.
