United States Sixth Circuit

US v. Woods, 07-4108

Conviction and sentence for conspiracy to commit money laundering and willful failure to file income tax returns are affirmed where the district court did not abuse its discretion by not holding an evidentiary hearing regarding plaintiff's stated ambivalence about her guilty plea, and the sentence imposed was not unreasonable.
