Garner v. Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court, 07-3602
District court order imposing costs and attorney fees against plaintiffs for maintaining frivolous discrimination claims after those claims had become groundless is affirmed in part where the plaintiffs' claims were frivolous and an attorney engaged in sanctionable conduct, but reversed where the district court erred in holding the plaintiffs and their attorney jointly and severally liable for the attorney's fees.
