Ladd v. Grand Trunk W. R.R., Inc., 07-2512

In a suit claiming harassment and retaliatory discharge, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where the actions described by plaintiff did not rise to the level of an actionable hostile work environment, and plaintiff failed to produce any evidence that defendant's decision to discharge her was mere pretext.
