United States Sixth Circuit

In re: Linda S. Cook, 08-3026

An order permanently disbarring an attorney from the practice of law before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio is affirmed where the court lacks jurisdiction to consider directly whether the attorney's state disbarment proceedings violated her due process rights, and where nothing in the record supports the attorney's claim that due process violations in her state disbarment proceedings tainted the district court's proceedings.
