In a Title VII wrongful termination claim based on race, grant of summary judgment in favor of plaintiff is affirmed over claims that the district court erred: 1) in finding that defendant-employer intentionally discriminated against plaintiff; 2) in failing to toll the award of back pay because plaintiff refused an offer of reinstatement; and 3) by awarding excessive front pay.
