US v. Kalymon, 071965
In the revocation of defendant's American citizenship on the basis that he persecuted Jews during World War II, advocated or acquiesced in conduct contrary to civilization and human decency, and misrepresented a material fact on his visa application, revocation of citizenship is affirmed over claims of error including mistaken identity and various evidentiary errors by the district court.
