Tucker v. Middlburg-Legacy Place, 07-4393
In a claim under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) against former employer, dismissal of plaintiff's complaint is affirmed over claim of error that plaintiff's FMLA-protected right of reinstatement was denied or interfered with through defendants' failure to comply with the requirement to provide plaintiff with notice of her obligation to produce a fitness-for-duty certificate.
