Denial of plaintiff's Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 60(b) motion for relief from an order, entered pursuant to a settlement agreement, dismissing plaintiff's patent infringement action is affirmed over claims that: 1) defendant fraudulently induced plaintiff to enter into the settlement agreement; and 2) defendant committed a material breach of the settlement agreement.
