United States Sixth Circuit
Russell v. Univ. of Toledo, 07-3998
In a nurse's employment discrimination action raising claims of disparate treatment, hostile work environment, and retaliation on the basis of race, summary judgment for defendants is affirmed where plaintiff failed to put forth any evidence that would create a genuine issue of material fact disputing a conclusion that the termination resulted from her "failure of good behavior, gross insubordination, and neglect of duty."
