United States Sixth Circuit

In civil service employee's suit brought under 42 U.S.C. section 1983 alleging that defendants-supervisors fired her based on protected speech and political affiliation, partial denial of qualified immunity to defendants on the political affiliation claim is affirmed where plaintiff's allegations adequately plead a constitutional violation, one which had been clearly established.
