Myers v. U.S., 07-3817
In a suit for damages arising out of the alleged negligence of a postal employee whose mail truck struck plaintiffs' car, dismissal of the suit as time barred is affirmed where the government had no duty to send individual denial of claim letters when both claimants filed an administrative claim form, provide a joint address, and only one claimant signed the form.
