Denial of defendant's motion to suppress evidence seized pursuant to two search warrants and his resulting conviction for being a felon in possession of ammunition are reversed and vacated, respectively, where neither search warrant was supported by affidavits establishing probable cause and the Leon good-faith exception did not apply.
