United States Sixth Circuit

Defendants' convictions and sentences for participating in a conspiracy to distribute marijuana, heroin, and cocaine, as well as for possessing firearms in furtherance of their drug trafficking crimes, are reversed and remanded for a new trial where defendants established a Batson violation.
