United States Sixth Circuit

A sentence for being a felon in possession of a firearm is affirmed over claims that: 1) the district court engaged in impermissible fact-finding at sentencing in contravention of the Sixth Amendment; 2) the district court erred in finding that firearms possessed by defendant constituted "relevant conduct" under U.S.S.G. section 1B1.3; and 3) his sentence was procedurally unreasonable.
