Slyman v. City of Piqua, 07-3468

In an action alleging procedural due process violations against a city and plaintiff's supervisor in its discharge of plaintiff, summary judgment for defendants is affirmed, for the reasons set forth in the opinion below, as the due process claims failed because plaintiff did not have a federally protected property interest in continued employment.
