US v. Ridner, 06-5822

In an appeal challenging an in limine ruling that denied defendant the opportunity to present a necessity defense at trial to charges of being a felon-in-possession of ammunition, the judgment against defendant is affirmed where, under US v. Singleton, 902 F.2d 471 (6th Cir. 1990), the pre-trial order was proper.
