United States Sixth Circuit
Ceraj v. Mukasey, 06-4148
Petition for review of a decision rejecting Albanian couple's claims for asylum and related relief is denied where: 1) substantial evidence supported an IJ's finding that petitioner's asylum application was frivolous; 2) substantial evidence supported a finding that he was not credible; 3) even if the IJ erred as to such determinations, substantial evidence supported a conclusion that petitioner was not entitled to asylum; and 4) consequently, withholding and CAT claims failed as well.
