United States Sixth Circuit
US v. Bolds, 07-5062
A 24-month sentence imposed following revocation of defendant's four-year term of supervised release is affirmed over a claim that the district court committed procedural error by failing to adequately explain its upward departure from a four to ten month advisory sentencing range contained in the Sentencing Commission's policy statements regarding supervised release revocation sentences.
