United States Sixth Circuit
Eidson v. Tennessee, 07-5406
In a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 case arising from the temporary removal of plaintiff's minor daughters by state agencies after one of his daughters falsely accused him of sexual abuse, dismissal of the action as time-barred is affirmed where the district court did not err in rejecting plaintiff's arguments that accrual of the cause of action was delayed or extended pursuant to the continuing violation doctrine or abstention principles.
