Fox v. Eagle Distrib. Co., Inc., 07-5203

In an action alleging that defendant-former employer violated plaintiff's rights under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) and state laws, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where plaintiff's appeal was without merit and plaintiff's complaints to one of defendant's customers about his relationship with defendant were not protected activity under the ADEA.
