In an action brought against the ATF by an individual dealing in firearms from his residential premises in Michigan challenging the ATF's denial of an application for a renewal of his federal firearms license, summary judgment for the ATF is affirmed where: 1) the ATF properly relied on a township's interpretation of its own zoning laws in denying plaintiff's federal firearms license; and 2) plaintiff presented no genuine issue of material fact.
