US v. Lalonde, 06-4536

A conviction and sentence imposed pursuant to defendant's plea of guilty to wire fraud and income tax evasion are affirmed over challenges to his conviction on the grounds of alleged violations of Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure 10 and 11, and to his sentence based on the alleged misapplication of the Sentencing Guidelines and the sentence's unreasonableness.
