United States Sixth Circuit
Gorder v. Grand Trunk W. R.R., Inc., 06-2451
In a negligence action filed pursuant to the Federal Employer's Liability Act (FELA), summary judgment for defendant-railroad is affirmed over plaintiff's claims that the district court erred in finding that there were no genuine issues of material fact regarding the reasonableness of defendant's railcar inspections, and that he had not established a prima facie negligence case.
