United States Sixth Circuit

Parker v. Renico, 06-2419

Grant of a petition for habeas relief from a conviction for being a felon in possession of a firearm and felony-firearm is affirmed as petitioner demonstrated that the state courts unreasonably applied Jackson v. Virginia, 443 U.S. 307 (1979), for purposes of a challenge to the sufficiency of the evidence with regard to the possession element of each crime.
