Wysong v. Dow Chem. Co., 05-4197

In a Family and Medical Leave Act, and state law discrimination and wrongful discharge suit brought against Dow Chemical company after it terminated plaintiff's employment, summary judgment for Dow is reversed where the district court erred in its reasoning when it granted summary judgment to Dow on plaintiff's FMLA claim, state anti-discrimination claim, and wrongful-discharge claim.
