United States Sixth Circuit
Air Prods. & Controls, Inc. v. Safetech Int'l, Inc., 06-1885
In a suit lawsuit alleging, inter alia, that defendants engaged in a fraudulent transfer of assets to avoid a debt owed to plaintiff, order granting defendants' motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction is reversed as the district court's exercise of jurisdiction over defendants was both authorized by Michigan law and, contrary to the finding below, consistent with constitutional due process.
