US v. Brogdon, 06-5548

A sentence for being a felon in possession of a firearm and sex-offense-related conditions of supervised release imposed by the district court are affirmed as the sentence was procedurally and substantively reasonable and the conditions of supervised release were reasonably related to the rehabilitation of the defendant and the protection of the public.
