In an action claiming defendant-collector violated the notice provisions of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and state law when it included a statutorily-required notice with the summons and complaint it served plaintiff, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed as defendant effectively conveyed notice of plaintiff's right to dispute the validity of her debt.
