United States Sixth Circuit
Abdulnour v. Campbell Soup Supply Co., LLC, 06-4590
In an Iraqi citizen's action against Campbell's soup company raising a national origin discrimination claim under Title VII and state law, summary judgment for defendants is affirmed as plaintiff failed to show that defendants' legitimate, non-discriminatory reason for his discharge: 1) had no basis in fact; or 2) did not actually motivate his termination.
