United States Sixth Circuit

Conviction for possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance is affirmed over defendant's claims that district court erred in: 1) allowing police officers to testify regarding statements made by their Source of Information; and 2) by acting in a biased manner when it consistently interrupted, derided, and truncated defense counsel's cross-examination of witnesses.
