Clay v. United Parcel Serv., 05-4243
In an action brought by African-American employees against UPS raising a variety of Title VII-based claims, summary judgment for UPS is affirmed in part, but reversed in part as there were genuine issues of material fact with respect to some of plaintiffs' disparate-treatment and retaliation claims.
