Defendant's sentence imposed after he pleaded guilty to health care fraud is affirmed where, contrary to defendant's claim, 18 U.S.C. section 3553(a)(6) refers to national uniformity as opposed to uniformity of co-defendants' sentences, and thus his sentence was not unreasonable despite a disparity between his and his co-defendant's sentences.
