United States Sixth Circuit

US v. Watson, 06-6021

Denial of a motion to suppress evidence, resulting in a conditional plea of guilty to possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine and being a felon in possession of a firearm, is affirmed where the good-faith exception to the exclusionary rule applied as a search warrant in the matter was not so facially deficient that executing officers could not reasonably have presumed it to be valid.
