United States Sixth Circuit

A sentence for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and carrying a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking crime is affirmed as: 1) the district court did not use an improper Guidelines range at resentencing; 2) it did not improperly calculate the Guidelines range and additional findings would have been required for the attribution of a certain drug quantity to defendant; and 3) the sentence was not "procedurally unreasonable."
