United States Sixth Circuit
Kuhn v. Sulzer Orthopedics, Inc., 06-3576
Following entry of an order enjoining plaintiffs from obtaining certain discovery from defendant and from prosecuting certain claims in a state court action against their former lawyer, denial of plaintiffs' motion to reopen the time to file an appeal of the order is affirmed where the district court did not abuse its discretion in denying plaintiffs' motion where their counsel opted not to register his email address with the court's Case Management/Electronic Case Filing system, and then failed to monitor the electronic docket.
