In a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 suit concerning the release of several corrections officers' social security numbers and birth dates to prisoners, summary judgment for two defendants and dismissal of several other claims is affirmed where: 1) the district court did not err in construing a defendant's actions as judicial, rather than administrative, and dismissing claims against him under absolute judicial immunity; 2) two defendants were entitled to qualified immunity; and 3) one plaintiff lacked standing since there was no direct government action that violated her constitutional rights.
