United States Sixth Circuit
US v. Heriot, 06-3824
Conviction for trafficking in crack cocaine is affirmed over defendant's arguments that: 1) he was entitled to a new trial because the government failed to disclose critical impeachment information about a primary witness until after trial; 2) a new trial should be ordered because the district court mishandled the jury's questions about its inability to reach a unanimous verdict on all counts; and 3) his sentence was unreasonable in light of US v. Booker.
