Schultz v. Davis, 05-6382
In a personal injury suit resulting from an accident during a home construction, summary judgment for defendants is affirmed where the statute of limitations for the suit had run, and the "savings statute" did not apply to defendants whom the plaintiffs were aware of prior to the statute of limitation's expiration.
