United States Sixth Circuit

US v. Craft, 04-4129

Conviction and sentence on drug conspiracy charges are affirmed over defendant's arguments that: 1) his confession was involuntary; 2) an implicit promise by a police officer rendered a later statement inadmissible; 3) the evidence was insufficient to support the conviction; and 4) the district court plainly erred by not engaging him in a section 851(b) colloquy for sentencing enhancement purposes.
