Helms v. Zubaty, 06-6360

In a suit under 42 U.S.C. section 1983 against alleging that defendants violated plaintiff's right to free speech by ejecting her from a county office, summary judgment for defendants is affirmed where: 1) the county office was not a dedicated public forum; 2) the restrictions on plaintiff's speech were reasonable and content-neutral; and 3) the arresting officer had probable cause to take plaintiff into custody.
