Renfro v. Indiana Michigan Power Co., 06-1935

In a wage dispute between technical writers and a nuclear power plant operator, summary judgment in favor of the technical writers is reversed and a liquidated damages award vacated, as the writers are exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act's (FLSA) overtime regulations.
