Dismissal, on Younger abstention grounds, of a prepaid legal services plan provider's constitutional due process challenge to the Ohio Supreme Court rule governing the unauthorized practice of law is affirmed as plaintiff failed to show that its due process challenge to the rule will not be resolved in the course of current proceedings under Ohio law.
